On October 23, 2020, 2 thousand English oak seedlings were planted in the Apsheronsky district of the Krasnodar Territory of the village of Tverskaya in order to restore the forest. The plantings were organized within the framework of the Posadiles forest restoration and conservation project with the support of the Lenta company, the ECA Movement and the active participation of employees and students of the Apsheron Forestry Technical School and volunteers of the MAOU Secondary School No. 96.
About 70 residents of Udmurtia took part in the "Plant a Forest" campaign with the support of the Lenta hypermarket chain. Volunteers planted 10,000 spruce and pine seedlings on an area of 2.5 hectares.
The forest in need of restoration assistance is not always nearby. Sometimes you need to spend several hours on the way to the landing site. Volunteers on September 13 traveled a long road to plant 10,000 pine seedlings in places damaged by the bark beetle.
