On October 9, in Tatarstan, an action was held to plant 10 thousand seedlings on the territory of the Zelenodolsk district forestry within the framework of the autumn action of the All-Russian project "Plant a Forest". The volunteers planted Scots pine and restored 2 hectares. We provided transportation to and from the landing site for the volunteers, food, and also provided all the necessary equipment. Forestry specialists held a master class before the start of the event.

Planting trees helps to concentrate precipitation, create a comfortable and humid microclimatic environment, reduce wind force at the level of the surface air layer and make the climate less arid.
