10,000 planted in Tula Oblastseedlings supported Estee Lauder
On October 9, 2020, volunteers planted 10,000 seedlings in the Tula region thanks to Estee Lauder.
On October 9, tree planting was organized on the territory of the Arsenyevsky district within the framework of the project "Plant a forest" with the support of Estee Lauder, the forestry department of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Tula Region and the State Institution of Trade “Belevskoe Lesnichestvo”.
The event was attended by 80 people. On the territory of 2.2 hectares, environmental volunteers, activists and simply caring people planted 10,000 oak seedlings.
“I decided to participate in the project "Plant a forest"because I think it is insanely interesting, important and useful for Russia, for the world and for Tula too. I believe that this project fosters a love for nature in us, in people, in young people, in children. And I also decided to take my daughter for planting, and we planting oak seedlings with such pleasure, planted each root in the ground, watered it with water, it was a unity with nature, it’s just wonderful, ”says volunteer Nikita Arzhanov.
