On April 24, 2021, residents of the Ulyanovsk region planted 10,000 seedlings.
The planting was organized as part of the “Plant a forest” campaign in the Staromainsky district of the Ulyanovsk region near the village of Krasnaya Reka. 70 volunteers took part in the action. Scots pine seedlings with an open root system were planted. The planting area was 2.5 hectares.

The action went very amicably and in a good mood, because each participant felt that he was contributing to the restoration of the planet's lungs.
