In the Astrakhan region of the Volodarsky district, on May 16, 2021, trees were planted on the territory within the framework of the "PosadiLes" project.
On that day, 1,500 white willow and ash seedlings were planted by activists, local residents and the district administration!
This area is prone to desertification and wind erosion. The planted trees will trap the soil with their roots and will contribute to the creation of a special microclimate along the river, near which there are practically no green spaces now.
