The noise of a new forest will be heard in the Vologda region
Near the village of Parshino, Gryazovets district, the Vologda region on May 12, a rally was held for a landing of 10,000 fir trees in the forest territory as part of the spring promotion of the All -Russian Plant Plants Les.
Sberbank employees, students of the Vologda State University and the Moscow State Law Academy, as well as volunteers, planted 10,000 fir trees and restored 11 hectares of forest. The action was held through folk financing and support of a responsible business.
Everyone who wanted to join the landing as volunteers could join in the landing. Regional organizers ensured the transportation of volunteers to the place of landing and vice versa, food, and also provided the necessary equipment. Before the event, the specialists of the Gryazovets leshoz held a master class on the proper landing of trees.
Young trees were planted in specially prepared areas, under the supervision of local forestry, which will carry out subsequent care of the seedlings.
“Thanks to such large -scale landing of the forest, we reduce our environmental trace, contribute to forestry and form an environmental culture of citizens. It is very joyful to see like -minded people with whom we make the world “green,” says Daria Falaleeva, volunteer of the Vologda branch of ECA.
