22,000 seedlings were planted in the Tatar district of the Novosibirsk region
Within the framework of the environmental campaign “Planting Forest”, volunteers of the region landed 20,000 birch seedlings and 2,000 ordinary pine seedlings on an area of 5.5 hectares
The action aimed at absorbing a carbon trace was held on May 12 in the Tatar district of the Novosibirsk region.
The event was organized by the Interregional Ecological Public Organization "ECA" with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Novosibirsk Region and the Tatar Forestry.
Officially, the event collected 363 participants and turned out to be international - among the volunteers were foreign citizens: a resident of China, a student of the Humanitarian State University Han Calimuge and a photographer from Argentina Gustavo Raul Velazquez.
On the landings of forest crops, field kitchen and musical accompaniment were organized.
