On September 11, 2021, a forest was planted in the Kotlassky district of the Arkhangelsk region
The landing site is a former sand pit. They used to take sand from it for filling roads and other construction work. But then these lands became protected and the extraction of sand was stopped. Here we planted 5000 pine seedlings.
The planting was attended by students of the Kotlas technical school, residents of Kotlas and residents of Arkhangelsk.
