In the Novosibirsk region, agricultural care was carried out with the support of S7 Airlines
On August 29, 2020, within the framework of the "We are Siberia" program, agrotechnical works on the care of seedlings on an area of 10 hectares were carried out near the village of Bitki in the Suzunsky district of the Novosibirsk region.
The agro-cares took place on the territory where in 2019 the volunteers of the Plant a Forest project planted larch and pine saplings.
“Planting seedlings is not enough. For them to really grow, you need to do agricultural care. And not once, but sometimes during the summer you need to do it two, three, four times. That is why we are here. […] From this year on, we plan to do agricultural care every year and we hope that our help will be very useful in forestry, ”says Elena Gorogova, director of the ECA movement.
