On the site of our landings, we regularly carry out agricultural vehicles. The agricultural vehicle contains a whole range of measures for the effective growth of trees. The decision on the feasibility of conducting a particular procedure is made on the basis of the conclusion of forestry specialists.
Two years ago, in October 2021, the volunteers of our project “Planting Les” landed 7,100 fir trees in the Demidovsky district of the Smolensk region 2 hectares. And on September 28, 2023, an agricultural department was held on the territory of landing, which was carried out by volunteers with the support of the ECA MOOO.
The agricultural vehicle consisted in addition to crops. According to Mironenkov, Alexei Ivanovich, the head of the Demidov forestry, no matter how the forest is planted qualitatively, the high survival rate of plants is never guaranteed. Seedlings in various percentage amounts fall out, that is, die, for various reasons. In our case, part of the trees died due to adverse weather conditions.
