On October 21, 2023, in the area of the village of Vyazovka, Tatishchevsky district, 4,000 oak seedlings were landed as part of the complement of crops. In this site, we planted the forest last year and continue to follow our seedlings. 24 volunteers from Saratov took part in the landings.
Despite the rain and cold, our heroes went to plant the forest! The regional coordinator provided transport to the volunteers to the place of landing and vice versa, hot meals and the necessary equipment for work.
Ekaterina Barsukova, landing coordinator: “This landing was very unusual, unpredictable, simply incredible! The weather forecast did not change for the better, the rain went all night and there was every chance that we will have to work in the rain. Fortunately, the Universe heard us, and the rain stopped for a while! Employees of the forestry and forestry on their transport transported us through the fields to the landing site. We worked together with interruptions for heating. I am proud and thank everyone who went to plant the forest no matter what! This site has become especially relatives for us. The planting of seedlings took place as part of the project to restore forests to plant the forest of the ECA interregional movement with the support of the company SPLAT. ”
Among the Christmas trees planted by volunteers, white mushrooms grow, which would make an honor to a lover of quiet hunting. But getting here is difficult. Therefore, no one prevents the forest from developing according to the laws of nature. Plants, trees, mushrooms and animals create complex strong ties. Small Christmas trees planted a year ago successfully become part of the local ecosystem.
