On September 11, in the Tyumen region, an action was held to plant five thousand trees on the territory of Vinzilinskoye forestry within the framework of the autumn action of the All-Russian project "Plant a Forest".
Everyone could join the planting as volunteers. Regional organizers provided transportation to and from the landing site, food, and the necessary equipment. Forestry specialists held a master class before the start of the event. Young trees were planted in areas prepared by local forestries, which will take care of the seedlings afterwards.
“We have chosen a site for restoration that was damaged by spring and summer fires. Restoration work was already carried out here in 2019, but most of the two-year-old seedlings died in the fire. The seedlings will be taken care of in a mechanized way. In the spring, the furrows will be cleared of overgrowth of other plants and trees so that they do not suppress the growth of pines. "
