On the eve of the first of the first, volunteers planted the future pine forest in the Nizhny Novgorod region, in the village of Krasny Baken.
The volunteers of the federal project “Plant the Forest” of the Ecological Movement of the ECA came here to plant their pine forest. 10,000 seedlings-skeletons-two-year-olds on an area of two and a half hectares. And although most volunteers came to land the forest for the first time - for the employees of the Nizhny Novgorod Sberbank - this task was capable of. Young people famously took up Kolesov swords and, under the guidance of local forestry workers, coped with the task. After shock planting, the participants ate buckwheat raspings with mushrooms and listened to forest stories from the organizers. How to count the years of pine trees, how many seedlings will take root, how sometimes volunteers in the snow and rain plant forests. And most importantly, our forests planted with our hands grow. They give people warm, housing, feed and protect. And our man will always have good with the forest. And it is right. We thank the Department of Forestry of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Vyksunsky district forestry for the hospitality.
