The action "Plant the Forest" has become annual for Belokurikha.
On May 14, in Belokurikh, the annual action “Plant the Forest” from the Interregional Public Organization “ECA” was held. Since the beginning of the action, since May 2021, 26,000 trees appeared in the city forces. The next landing will take place in the fall, the coordinators together with the foresters are already selecting a suitable site. Residents and guests of the city can join the action.
On May 14, volunteers planted 8,000 seedlings of pine and cedar. Landing took place at once in two sites - on Terrenkur Siberian Trakt and near Sadovaya Street (former Ulyanovka).
Many volunteers participated in last year's promotions and came to plant the forest this year. For planting the cedar on Terrenkura, Siberian Trakt, employees of the Kurort Belokurikh holding joined.
Last year’s actions were inspired by many to participate, the head of the 6th fire and rescue detachment of the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the Altai Territory, Sergei Dobadov, informed the desire to join the event. On landing, employees of the Ministry of Emergencies willingly helped other volunteers:

Now the project is expanding to other countries. This year we will first hold landings in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. ”
“For me and for my colleagues, the action“ Plant the Forest ”is a very important action due to the fact that we do a good deed for our children, grandchildren. I have been taking part in this action for several years, in the spring of 2021 we were for promotions with my son, but this time we gathered with the team and made a cedar landing on Terrenkur Siberian Trakt. Planting trees is great. I recall, as it seems, just recently and for a long time, my mother and I planted a forest called “50 years of victory” - these events just do not pass by, remain in memory and go down in history. I always participate in such promotions with great pleasure, and I will continue by collecting a team with my own example and planting seedlings - this is a concern for the ecology. Due to the fact that I devote a lot of time to nature, walking, Terrencom, mountains, for me it is actually just a duty of honor. ”
